These terms govern your use of the Canon Eye Clinic website at canoneyeclinic.com, our online booking and the clinical services we provide. By using our website or booking an appointment you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Canon Eye Clinic is a business name registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 (CRBN 371788). Our principal place of business is 89 Aka Road, by Kevin Street, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

We provide ophthalmological and optometric services, including eye examinations, refraction, contact lens fitting, glaucoma screening, paediatric exams, low vision practice and the dispensing of glasses and ocular medications. The services available on a given day depend on clinician availability and clinic resources.

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone or in person.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot.
• If you cannot make your appointment, kindly notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.
• The free Saturday screening is offered subject to clinic capacity and on a first come, first served basis.

Service fees are displayed on the pricing page and are payable on the day of your visit unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer and card where available. NHIS / NHIA cover applies to eligible enrollees on presentation of valid enrollee details. Fees may change without prior notice and the current pricing on the day of service applies.

Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for a clinical consultation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including sudden vision loss, severe eye pain or trauma to the eye, please attend the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

• Provide accurate personal, medical and insurance information.
• Disclose medications, allergies and existing conditions relevant to your eye care.
• Follow agreed treatment plans, lens care instructions and follow-up schedules.
• Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy.

Prescription glasses and contact lenses are made to your individual prescription and are not returnable once dispensed, except where a manufacturing defect is identified. Any frame or lens warranty is limited to the terms provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Canon Eye Clinic. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
